  2. Do not hide negative comments, try to resolve them instead. Talk to people
  3. Alway respond to creaditable comments with 'thank you'
  4. Offer a person to leave contact information in private messages, in order to reach them out by our CSR, if they experiense any kind of difficulties
  5. Offer dissatisfied followers perks - like 3 days free trial or whatever you can offer
  6. Start and participate in discussions
