- Do not hide negative comments, try to resolve them instead. Talk to people
- Alway respond to creaditable comments with 'thank you'
- Offer a person to leave contact information in private messages, in order to reach them out by our CSR, if they experiense any kind of difficulties
- Offer dissatisfied followers perks - like 3 days free trial or whatever you can offer
- Start and participate in discussions
