How to Create a Post (a Job)



Do you want to captivate skilled and experienced professionals to your company’s profile? Pay attention to Post creation. This is step-by-step instruction is aimed to help you with creating a job (or several jobs) in a no time.  Find out how to create your first post properly and get maximum feedbacks from employees.


Once you’ve entered HiringMan website, make sure you are switched to Employer profile. It is very important as you are able neither post jobs nor look through employees’ resumes if you are logged in as an employee. To log in as an employer, click 'For Employers' upper right corner home page and that is it - you will be redirected to 'Sign In/ Sign Up page' for employers.




 Have you already sign up? If no, follow this guide to create your employer’s profile (LINK) and start fill in information about your organization and posting new jobs. If you have already signed up, sign in to your employer’s account using your email and password.



Once you are signed in into your employer’s account, simply click 'Create post' at the upper right corner. You will be redirected to 'Create Post' page.



Congratulations! You are a few steps away to post your first job! On 'Create Post' page you see many blank lines to be filled in. First you have to fill in Title, for example, Marketing Director or Business Analyst. Then you must add a short description of your post and full description of your post. Take your time and look through these sections to make sure you filled them in without mistakes.



 When you scroll down, you see other lines you have to fill in: your company’s phone, category, location, and salary. Make sure you filled in all the lines correctly.



Scroll down and you will see 'Tags' line. For example, you can fill this line just like that “marketing, advertising, affiliate marketing, promotion, new business” if your create Head of Marketing position. Below you see job requirements, they are nice to be filled in. Do your best to fill them as employees pay much attention to job requirements. These lines are specialization, work experience, salary, working hours and others. Click 'Submit Post' to submit your first Job and make hundreds of employees seek for it.



Great. You have just created your first Post. Press 'Publish' to publish it. You can also look through your post and edit it clicking 'Edit'. Also you can see who have already applied for your post and share this Post in social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google + , and others.



Pay attention to other options: you can hide your post clicking 'Hide', you can view visitors and applications by clicking 'Visitors and Applications'. In addition, you can see 'Archive' and 'Remove' buttons that help to archive or delete your Post.
