How to Browse CVs

Thank you for choosing HiringMan as a platform to find and form a decent team of passionate professionals. This simple tutorial will show you how to browse resumes to find all needed candidates.

Once you are signed in as an employer, you will be redirected to our home page. Pay your attention to the desk bar where you can seek for candidates. Click 'Browse CVs' button at the top of the home page.

 You will be redirected to 'Browse CVs' page where you will see numerous candidates from all over the world. HiringMan allows you to find a marketing associate, business director, farmer, programmer, singer…There are no boundaries. You can form your dream-team in a few clicks and it will not take you much time. Sounds good, right?

Pay attention to 'Filter and Sorts' section where you can see numerous lines and drop-down menus. 'Filter and Sorts' allows you to choose category of job (for example, IT/Training/Sales), locations (for example, USA), Gender, Relocation (possible/impossible), willingness to travel (which is an important factor for many candidates), citizenship (which might me an important factor for you) and permission to work.

Scroll down to make some other filters available: travel time to work, education level, field of activity and language level. All those preferences and filters will surely help you to sort for needed candidates and save your precious time. For example, if you choose candidates with 'Fluent speaker' French language and education level 'Master' who is ready for relocation to Paris, believe us, it would be much easier to find a decent translator than using other hiring websites.

 Click any candidate to look through his education and background. If you do not like this candidate or you are vague about him, we strongly recommend you to save the link and keep on searching. As you can see, you can seek for employees at HiringMan.com just like that.
